Terms & Conditions:
- Returned/exchanged item(s) must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and unaltered) with all the original packaging, price tags, and labels.
- Discounted/promotional items will not be accepted for return/exchange unless confirmed to be a manufacturing defect. Only apparels can be returned if the purchased item(s) do not fit.
- JASMINA reserves the right to deny a refund/exchange if the item(s) does not meet the requirements stated.
Return & Refund Process
Refund only:
- Â Refund is only eligible for defected item purchased within 7 days ONLY. However, we will go through checks to ensure the defect is enough for refund purpose.
- After checking the items, we will process the refund within 3-5 days (working days).
- We will notify you by whatsapp (+60182118380) as soon as the refund has been issued. You will then receive the amount in your account within 1-2 days, depending on your bank.
Return only:
- Payment receipt is required for all return & exchange process.
- If the return tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back within 7 days from arrival of package for local delivery.
- Returns outside of these time frame will not be accepted.
- In all fairness, do take note that Jasmina will be NOT liable for the return shipping fee.
- Items are one-to-one exchange for the same design and color. If the item is out of stock, you can exchange the same design with different colors.
- If the preferred item is out of stock, you can either alternatively;
i) Exchange with same value item,
ii) Exchange with lower value item (no refund for price difference),
iii) Exchange with higher value item (customer have to pay for the difference in prices).
- Any exchange, return or refund from online purchases can only be initiated through emails sent to jasminacollection@gmail.com or whatsapp us (+6018-2118380).
- Items bought under SALE are not allowed to be exchanged/refund.
- If you have received FAULTY/DEFECT item(s), Jasmina should replace the item(s). Exchange and return policies apply/subject to stock availability
Online Purchase (Order via www.jasmina.com.my)
- Return shall not be done at Jasmina Boutique. Online purchases return shall be done via shipping only.
- If the return tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back within 7 days from arrival of package for local delivery.
- Payment receipt is required for all return & exchange process. Otherwise, return will be rejected.
- No cash refund shall be applied.

In-Store Purchase (Purchase from Jasmina Boutique)
- Return and exchange can be done in Jasmina boutique with the terms & conditions stated above. No refund is allowed.
- If the value of the exchange item(s) exceeds the value of the return item(s), the customer shall pay the excess value.
- If the value of the exchange item(s) lesser than the value of the return item(s), no cash refund shall be applied.
- Return and exchange valid only for purchases in Jasmina boutiques in Malaysia.
- Valid within 7 days from date of purchase with original receipt.
